You could continue with your exercise regimen if you have the willpower, and you could continue taking the pills if you’re not concerned about the health risks they can pose (like insomnia, high bblood pressure/b, stroke, heart arrhythmia, … This particular bdiet/b does seem to work well for many people, but if you’re concerned about long-term health, it might not be the way to go
